Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Lintel Hub ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Lintel Hub. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.

Lintel Hub provides home inspection software including field data capture, report generation, client delivery, and agent relationship management tools. The Service is available via web browser at lintel.ink and associated mobile applications.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
• Be at least 18 years old to use the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inspection data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service without our written permission
• Share your account with unauthorized parties

You retain all rights to inspection data, client information, reports, and photos you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Lintel Hub a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your data. You can export your data at any time via Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

The Service is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis.

• Founding member pricing is locked for life for accounts created during the qualifying period
• Prices for new accounts may change with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods

Inspection reports delivered through the Service are accessible to anyone with the report link. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to share property and client information.

Agent portal links are persistent and publicly accessible. Do not share portal links with parties who are not authorized to view that agent's referral data.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Lintel Hub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

The 500+ defect library narratives provided with the Service are licensed to you for use within Lintel Hub. They may not be exported and redistributed.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LINTEL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Lintel Hub is a tool to help you document and communicate your inspection findings. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or professional adequacy of the inspections you perform or the reports you generate. You are responsible for complying with all applicable licensing and professional standards in your jurisdiction.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINTEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold Lintel Hub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your inspection reports and professional activities.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends, though reports remain accessible at their links for 90 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
