Lintel Hub iOS App

The Lintel Hub iOS app lets you log inspection findings, attach photos, and dictate notes hands-free — all from your iPhone or iPad. Reports sync automatically with your web account at lintel.ink.

Signing in to the app

The iOS app uses a Mobile API Key (not your password). Generate one in Settings on lintel.ink, copy it, then paste it into the app's sign-in screen.

Attaching photos

Tap 'Add Photos' inside any finding to take a photo or pick from your library. Photos upload automatically and appear in the report.

Voice dictation

Tap the microphone icon next to any text field to dictate hands-free. The app transcribes your speech directly into the narrative or recommendation.

Delivering reports

Once an inspection is complete, tap 'Deliver Report' to email a polished PDF to your client. The referring agent gets a thank-you automatically.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get started?
Create a free account at lintel.ink. After signing up, you'll complete a short profile (name, company, license number). Then download the Lintel Hub iOS app from the App Store, go to Settings on the web to generate a Mobile API Key, and paste it into the app.
What is a Mobile API Key and how do I generate one?
A Mobile API Key is a private token that links the iOS app to your account — no password required on your phone. To generate one: sign in to lintel.ink → go to Settings → tap 'Generate mobile key'. Copy the key and paste it into the iOS app's sign-in screen.
I forgot my API key. What do I do?
Keys are only shown once for security. If you lose yours, go to Settings on lintel.ink and tap 'Rotate key' to invalidate the old one and generate a new one. Paste the new key into the iOS app.
Can I use Lintel Hub without the iOS app?
Yes. The full dashboard is available at lintel.ink in any browser, including Chrome on Android. The iOS app adds convenience features like camera integration and voice dictation.
How do I add an agent?
In the web dashboard or iOS app, go to Agents and tap 'Add agent'. Enter their name, brokerage, email, and phone. Lintel Hub automatically tracks which agent referred each inspection.
How does report delivery work?
When you complete an inspection, tap 'Deliver Report'. Lintel Hub emails a branded PDF to your client and a thank-you message to the referring agent. Both emails use your name and company.
What does Lintel Hub cost?
$49/month flat — no add-ons, no per-report fees. Founding members who sign up early lock in $29/month for life.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription on lintel.ink. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period. Email support@lintel.ink if you need help.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a SOC 2-compliant cloud database. Your inspection data and client information are never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I found a bug or something isn't working. What should I do?
Email support@lintel.ink with a description of what happened and (if possible) a screenshot. We typically respond within a few hours and push fixes quickly.

iOS app permissions

Lintel Hub requests the following permissions — all are optional and used only to support core features:

  • CCamera — to photograph inspection findings for inclusion in reports.
  • MMicrophone — to dictate finding narratives and recommendations by voice.
  • SSpeech Recognition — to convert voice recordings into text for findings.
  • PPhoto Library — to select existing photos to attach to findings.
